They spray hand towels with lavender, offer complimentary hand massages, and send customers a quarterly newsletter that announces salon events and happy hours. And the haircuts? "Stylish - and slightly daring," says one happy customer, Jackie Adams. "My last haircut received compliments from friends and co-workers, and even from style-challenged guys who never noticed hairstyles."
